Direct Financial Assistance may be available to community members with a diagnosed bleeding disorder to help with expenses RELATED to having a bleeding disorder. The Alaska Hemophilia Association (AHA) can help in certain circumstances with things like insurance premiums, food, clothing, utilities, or other vital services. All requests will be reviewed and evaluated based on need. Applicants must be able to demonstrate that they have exhausted other avenues for assistance and be willing to work with our Social Work Specialist to explore all other options.
